Air entrainers

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) is an anionic surfactant widely used as an air-entraining agent in mortars, lightweight concrete, and construction foams. Its main function is to promote the formation and stabilization of air microbubbles, resulting in lighter mixes with improved workability and thermal and acoustic insulation. Furthermore, the use of SLS contributes to material savings, facilitates pumping, and reduces shrinkage and cracking of composites.
